IT Consultant for SharePoint Platform - IT TSR

Job Description:

- Coordination and support of customer solution deployments, including their integration with the SharePoint Platform (Cloud+OnPremise), PowerAutomate (Flow) and the related add-on framework components;

- Architecture consulting to ensure the implementation according to Continental rules and guidelines, e.g. CyberSecurity requirements;

- Maintaining and operating implemented interfaces and solution deployments according to available deployment frameworks (e.g. Azure);

- Coordination and implementing of automations related to our services;

- Facilitating necessary IT Service Management processes such as Change, Configuration, and Incident management;

- Collaborating with external providers from business customers to implement their solutions;

- Ensuring the availability of all necessary documentation related to a customer integration/solution;

- Attending to migration projects as a central contact for the migration from/to our SharePoint environments;

- Taking over operational responsibility of service components, systems and implementations;

- Contributing to the global SharePoint Platform Team with knowledge/expertise.

Job Requirements:

- Degree in IT or similar course of studies;

- Good communication skills to ensure the information exchange between business customers and IT members;

- Experience as a Infrastructure Engineer;

- Experience in enterprise IT configuration (Security, Azure, SharePoint, O365);

- Knowledge of Infrastructure and Software Architecture and Design;

- Administration knowledge (Powershell, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, O365);

- Knowledge/experiences in IT integration;

- Experience in Integration, web technologies, protocols e.g. xml, json, html, Java script, Rest;

- Fluent in English (German a plus).
