Let’s meet if you have these skills:
Minimum 3-5 years of full life cycle recruiting in Commercial Functions or similar type of roles;
A great networker, having out-of-the-box approach to solving recruitment challenges;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of roles & department;
Skilled in project management, organizing resources and establishing priorities;
Ability to gather data, consistently track metrics, and prepare reports;
Ability to adapt, prioritize, multi-task, and meet an accurate and efficient service under the pressure of constant deadlines;
Ability to work in fast rhythm with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative and solving problems;
Fluency in English language.

We are seeking for an ambitious, energic & talented Talent Acquisition Specialist (Resourcing Consultant) to join our recruiting team.
If you have 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with your most recent experience being in Commercial Functions (Marketing, Sales, Buying etc.) recruiting, then we encourage you to apply.
Your area of responsibility would include the entire recruitment process, from start to finish, including creating job advertisements, posting on internal and external boards, working with hiring managers to define required skills, sourcing & screening candidates, interviewing and assess candidates and negotiate offers across all functions.
What will you do in our team?
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including initial applicant sourcing, qualification assessments, interviews, and offers.
In charge with identifying and sourcing top talent across multiple functions and job levels, including but not limited to Commercial Functions (Product Management, Category Management, Business Unit Management, Documentation & Content Production etc.);
Partnership with hiring managers to identify key requirements for each requisition, target companies & candidates to reach out to, develop recruitment strategies according to their business needs.
Run face to face & phone interview, present the preselected candidates by sustaining candidate profiles to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners and gather feedback.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, through various channels by utilizing LinkedIn, specialized job boards, social networks, referrals, career events, networking initiatives.
Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement process (if case).
Prepare and negotiate job offers, sustain exit interviews, assist in the evaluation process and provide feedback.
Update and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and database.
In-depth understanding of the business and current projects and challenges.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc metrics and reporting on recruiting activities.
