    The right profile has:


    Previous working experience in a customer facing ICT-role is nice to have.
    Familiar with Databases, SQL, XML skills, TCP/IP Networking, Firewalls, Identity and Access Management: Roles and Groups, Policies and Permissions, extensive O365 package knowledge.
    Problem solving skills and attention to details.
    Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on computer programming / economics or experience through similar position(s).
    Strong analytic, quantitative, and technical aptitude with great attention to detail.
    Self-motivated, driven, flexible, adaptable and a team player.
    English – advanced.

    Responsibilities

    As a Technical Support Specialist, you will work in a diverse environment while performing the usual application support activities by creating new system logs and using knowledgebase.

    Your tasks:


    Helpdesk System (1st level independent, 2nd & 3rd level if necessary, assign or inform owner)
    Set up new workstations or convert or dismantle old ones
    Inventory of hard- & software
    Stock keeping (hardware)
    Software & OS Deployment
    Application support (Office, Teams, various company applications)
    Mobile device support/management
    Telephone system support
    Wi-fi Set-up
    VPN Set-up
