(SENIOR) PROJECT MANAGER WEB APPLICATIONS / E-COMMERCE

What you’ve got.

You have successfully completed your education or studies and have already gained experience in digital project management (IT, web development, software, e-commerce, technology consulting, etc.)
You have successfully planned, managed, and implemented projects in the following areas: e-commerce, website relaunches, webshops, user experience, user interfaces, data driven marketing, content structures, CMS, web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Sitecore, TYPO3, .NET, PHP)
Depending on the customer and the project, you develop the appropriate project planning strategy: whether classic, agile or hybrid - you know how to efficiently achieve excellent results together with your team
Method and tool know-how (Jira/Confluence) are just as natural for you as business fluent German and English. Ideally, you even have one or the other certification (SCRUM Master, Product Owner, etc.), but this is not a must
You work in a structured manner and have a strong entrepreneurial understanding. You find it easy to advise customers, reduce complexity and point out solutions.

What you do.

You take commercial responsibility for planning and managing complex digital projects with a focus on e-commerce, website relaunches, user experience, and web development
You recognize opportunities and risks of our projects and always keep an eye on time, costs and quality with entrepreneurial foresight. You ensure a good relationship between our customers and project teams as well as smooth processes
Timelines, priorities and controlling are just as important to you as transparent communication and motivation. With accuracy, structure and enthusiasm, you bring your projects to a successful conclusion
You facilitate the work of our UX specialists, developers and consultants (all genders) with your overview and good organization - Depending on the project, you apply classic (waterfall) or agile (SCRUM) project management methods
Even if something doesn't work out, the plan has to be changed or the technology goes on strike: You manage conflicts and (de)escalate in the right places, balancing the needs of our customers with our capacities.
