Bosch Automotive Blaj is a production unit that started its activity in 2007, under Bosch Rexroth division, for Industrial Technology sector. The plant grew fast, in terms of both buildings and products, and starting with 2012 it began to produce for Automotive Industry, specifically for Chassis Control System and Powertrain Solutions.

Our associates give great importance to innovation and quality that is why, from 2020, Bosch Blaj will be lead plant for knock sensors. Blaj is one of the three plants in Europe where NOx Sensors are produced, sensors that are part of Bosch revolutionary innovation in diesel technology. • Acts as a key user in SAP-CO (BljP) and BI, provides technical solutions for all tasks, operations that are related to the SAP-CO module
• Responsible for closing the month and year in the SAP-CO module; Ensures SAP-COPA-PCA reconciliation;
• Runs the SAP PHEK module / tariff calculation and system update;
• Implements solutions for automation and elimination of manual operations, implements new solutions for recurring processes and ensures the stability of implemented solutions;
• Carries out the activities of Tariff Calculations for BP / SAP PPC (routing, dummy BOM, PUR-PL, BOG);
• Creates WBS and ensures the correct settlement, involving in the correction process the relevant departments (e.g. PUR, FIN, PROD, Q);
• Creates and verifies monthly, budgets WBS for packaging and consumables, in LOG;
• Provides support for the analysis of variations, indicates and explains their origin;
• Provides support in internal control activities, to ensure compliance with processes;
• Operates and provides technical solutions in various IT controlling systems-SAP, BIT, MyPlant;
• Provides technical support and expertise on the processes for which he is responsible for all teams in the CTG department as well as external clients in other departments (production, logistics);
• Participate in the process of implementing new standard tools Bosch Standard Tools - make settings, configurations, test solutions, validate solutions;
• Defines standards for improving existing processes, initiates improvement projects with impact at the level of several areas of activity, for the factory;
• Applies and acts as a consultant regarding the Central Directives applicable in the controlling activity;
• Defines the content of trainings, for his area of responsibility, and trains colleagues at work
