    · Technical understanding and keen interest in selling technical products;

    · Experience in automotive industry preferred;

    · Ideally previous experience as a technical account manager in the electromechanical market along with experience in connector/interconnect product knowledge together with a wide market knowledge;

    · Very good knowledge in English;

    · Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;

    · Creativity, tenacity, enthusiasm, analytical skills, desire to succeed.


    For our client, a multinational electronic solutions producer, for various industries, we are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer in Timis County.

    The Sales Engineer will manage and grow the company’s client’s portfolio from Romania and a part of Serbia.


    · Drive the assigned pool of customers in design in and production activities to the agreed and expected growth;

    · Propose, agree and execute a business plan for the key customers that will ensure value creation and profit generation;

    · Establish and maintain healthy and extensive relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements;

    · Manage the key accounts of the assigned market to the excellence level;

    · Coordinate when necessary overseas activities specially for those customers designing in locally and manufacturing somewhere else;

    · Identify potential new customers for the assigned market and drive their prospection and development;

    · Generate and maintain a healthy and realistic project pipeline representative of the profit, revenue, and expected growth.
