Customer Care Representative with German- Work from home

For our client, which has a strong experience in Customer Support field, we are looking for a Customer Care Specialist with German.

We need:
-Excellent speaking and writing skills in German (fluency in speaking and writing correctly) & english level medium;
-Previous work experience in an international hospitality environment, experience in BPO / Contact center will be an added advantage;
-Good Communication and Customer Service skills;
-Willingness to search for required information from customer with a strong focus on solving clients requests;
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook;
-Availability for work in shifts / 2 weekends on month;

Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver exemplary customer service via phone calls / email / chat/ social media;
-Answer inbound calls /email / social media messaging from customers;
-Handle queries about new reservations, changes to existing bookings and other aspects of hospitality, services, baggage queries.
