Cerinte
Retail recruitment experience is nice, but not mandatory. Exposure to recruitment intensive environments is a plus;
• Ability to work effectively with a broad range of people and positions;
• Solid interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong relationships and support among stakeholders;
• Capable of taking action quickly and thinking strategically, even in ambiguous situations;
• Strong analytic and problem solving abilities;
• Be a Tech Savvy individual, proficient in Google Workspace (G-Suite), MS Office;
• English advanced.
Focus on end-to-end recruitment for all business units (Operational and HQ);
• Manage the internal recruitment flow (sending newsletters, monitoring and forwarding candidates, counseling hiring managers etc.);
• Administrative tasks: interview scheduling, drafting offers, phone screening etc.;
• Act as a point of contact for external partners, such as recruitment agencies;
• Provide support for specific situations, such as succession planning or major recruitment campaigns, requested by operational BU’s.
• Be a part of the "next big thing" in HR automation;
• Coordinate large expansion projects from a recruitment perspective: create the strategic hiring plan, organize intake meetings with internal and external partners, implement recruitment campaigns with the support of our Employer Branding team etc.;
• Co-facilitate internal recruitment trainings and workshops for our hiring managers;
