    Technical degree (IT, Telecom)
    Unix/Linux OS basic command-line entry-level experience
    Shell (sh) scripting experience or other scripting languages - entry level
    SQL basic commands
    Work experience with similar Business Support systems is a plus
    Fluent English (spoken and written)
    Other competencies: communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, ability to work in a dynamic environment


    You will

    Coordinate, support, manage and execute 1st Level proactive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance level.

    To be successful in the role, you must

    Performing continuous service, status and performance monitoring to proactively detect possible failures and act upon them to ensure 1st level restoration and recovery
    Daily preventive checks on the Business Support systems.
    Monitoring and primary analysis of daily/monthly flows, processes and alarms.
    Check the availability of the applications. Act upon when issues occur in a timely manner.
    Analyze and solve standard problems and events in the area of work area based on the existing procedures, and in case the procedures are missing or are incomplete, notify the proper BackOffice
