    Qualifications
    • Education Required:
    o A bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred
    • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:
    o Experience with a CMS and eCommerce website management software
    o Familiarity with HTML/CSS along with experience in API integrations.
    o Experience with eCommerce solutions, best practice processes & systems, and implementation strategies.
    o Good understanding of REST APIs and JSON
    o Knowledge of existing API Testing Tools: Postman, Newman, SoapUI, or any equivalent tools.
    o Good understanding of eCommerce transactoins flows (Authorisatoin, Pre-Authorisaion, Refund, Reversal, Completion, P2P transfers etc)
    o Good writing, communication, mechanical, and computer skills
    o Ability to demonstrate supportive relationships with peers, customers, partners, and corporate executives
    o Fluent English is required
    The following will be considered as an advantage:
    • Experiance in working with processing software used by third party processor (TPP) or Merchant Gateways providing access to VISA and MasterCard network.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities
    • Lead the overall coordination, support and of all aspects of eCommerce technical flows within our organization.
    • Help testers and support teams troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the API platform, API accessibility and API deployment
    • Help our customers to integrate payment plugins for main online store management systems(OpenCart, Cs-Cart, Magento, WordPress etc)
    • Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
    • Get deeply familiar with TBI eCommerce platform and product offering
