Operational Readiness Architect

3-5 years in IT support role and IT Delivery roles;
Holistic knowledge of the systems within IT eco-system with proven expertise in at least 2 of the following domains: CRM, Billing, Provisioning, Channels, Activation;
Proven Architecture view in topics as High Availability and Disaster Recovery;
Proven record of managing risks, issues and ambiguity in a fast-paced complex operational environment;
Ability to manage ambiguity and work in complex mixed team environments;
Capability to track multiple project deliveries in the same time;
Good understanding of Software Delivery lifecycle in waterfall and agile;
Strong time management, action tracking.
Execute Light governance guidance for Small Projects;
Full involvement in medium, large or extra large projects through all the gates of the project;
Maintain Operational Readiness Requirements documents;
Evaluate budget impact and provides recommendations for minimal OPEX budget impact;
Periodical tracking of project status and compliance;
Execute High Level Design reviews and Validate architecture principles according to the business class of the delivered services (e.g. High Availability, Geo Resiliency, Mean Time to Restore );
Perform technical review on delivered Non-Functional Requirements;
Perform technical architecture analysis on other application satellites to minimize impact on capacity, uplift needed on software components to ensure reliability and compatibility, etc;
Collaborate closely with IT Delivery team members (Project Manager, System Analyst, System Architect) to avoid bottlenecks due to technological or process gaps;
Liaise with Release Deployment on the Change Management process for Go To Production;
Track the Early Life Support process and bridge towards Application Operations support teams to reach full live support.
