Who you are:

• You have a University degree
• You have 3+ years of creative experience in branding, digital and motion design
• You have high level of proficiency in design, web and multimedia software and applications, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
• You are proficient in Video creation/editing and Motion Design (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
• You have knowledge of printing procedures, photography, illustration.
• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• You have the ability to create static and dynamic digital ads
• You are familiar with web design and publishing

Center Cluj. We are looking for a talented Graphic/ Visual Designer to drive creative output, for our internal and
external marketing communication campaigns. You will have the chance to develop visual design for digital
experiences, print and motion graphics with the goal of attracting and recruiting the best candidates to join our
Engineering Center Cluj.
In this role, you will be working with our local Employer Branding and Communication team and be responsible for
conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that meet branding strategies from concept to completion,
by:

• Ensuring our brand guidelines are implemented correctly internally and externally
• Ensuring that all artwork / marketing assets are in line with advertising regulations and local specifications
• Familiar with all design sizes / format and technical requirements
• Managing the lifecycle of all assets and marketing touchpoints internally / externally (rebranding, refreshers and updates)
• Working in a team that creates a wide range of different marketing materials (for both online and offline use) - newsletters design, banners, posters, social templates, assets for major employer branding campaigns (owned / paid channels) and contribute to the workload as and when needed
• Prioritize all activities smoothly to cater for multiple stakeholders needs (internal requests, recruitment campaigns, events branding, university projects)
• Managing relationships with creative agencies/ suppliers from brief to completion including budget and timeline management
• Manage your own time and advise on time required for jobs. Ensure all work is delivered on time and stakeholders are kept up to date
