    Cerinte

    ·         At least 5 years of experience in Sales

    ·         Min. 3 years of experience in management positions

    ·         Strong understanding of shopper/consumer behaviour

    ·         Very good understanding of the FMCG Market

    ·         Familiar with different types of distribution models (experience in working with multiple distributors would be a plus)

    ·        Knowledge of craft products/markets is desired

    ·         Entrepreneurial attitude

    ·         Leadership abilities – high level

    ·         Commercial and business understanding- high level

    ·         Good financial & logistics understanding- medium level

    ·         Planning and organizing – high level

    ·         Problem solving & Strategic thinking

    ·         Clean driving licence

    ·         English both written and spoken is essential given the international context

    ·         PC abilitties – high level

    ·         A passionate person about craft products, with leader attitude responsible for his/her decision.

    Subordonate to:  Head of Craft

    Location: Cluj or Bucharest, with flexibility to travel extensively across the country

     

    Goal of role:

    To grow the craft market for Barlog through identifying the right commercial ways to the consumer and the new and revolutionary RTMs that will generate disproportionate competitive advantage for our brands

    • The position grows the craft market for Barlog through identifying the right commercial ways to the consumer and the new and revolutionary RTMs that will generate disproportionate competitive advantage for our brands.
    • Ensure business profitability across national channels through an effective revenue management & CFC control;
    • Identify locations where sales can be performed in line with Brand Image & RTM;
    • Identify and build alternative RTMs to address new consumption occasions and consumers;
    • B2B approach - engage with corporate world to open it up to craft world;
    • Barlog SPOC for KA, distributors, events & UB Sales Force;
    • Owner of the relationship with Barlog Taprooms operators and ensures implementation of the craft principles in these outlets.
    • Assist the Head of Craft Business Unit in the development of commercial strategy
    • Champion the craft vision to Barlog team and well as to commercial teams in UB and external partners
    • Develops Trade Strategy in order to ensure brand growth in line with business strategy. Propose and align channel and costumer mix, building a Craft RTM.
    • Develop RTM strategy, addressing all channel mix:  Distributors, Events, On-Trade, Modern Trade, while building a dedicated B2B & B2C revenue streams.
    • Monitors UB universe and amplify potential sales opportunities for Barlog together with RSMs;
    • Monitors stocks in SC and manages returns, KA compliance and free beer management.
    • Provides input to all RTM development initiatives, ensuring portfolio profitability.
    • Ensures national objectives are achieved through the effective allocation and management of resources and people based on Craft RTM Principles.
    • Takes informed decisions based on all available data: develops and implements sales strategies and identifies business opportunities;
    • Actively calls on key accounts and assists sales force where appropriate.
    • Coaching: Responsible for developing and coaching subordinates
