    Job description:

    * Responsible to assure a constant load to the Team;
    * Inform the direct superior about underload/overload situations;
    * Responsible for project execution in compliance with CES processes;
    * Developing technical solutions in his area of responsibility;
    * Supporting and managing SW developers in their activities;
    * Assign tasks to team members, according to their competences and capabilities;
    * Ensuring quality and in time delivery by monitoring regularly the status of the tasks;
    * Technical mentor for the Team members;
    * Facilitates knowledge sharing within the Team;
    * Responsible to establish the Training plan for the Team;
    * Organizing regular meetings with the direct reports to monitor performance, to agree on the roadmap and establish action plans;
    * Conducting the yearly Performance Management Process for each team member;
    * Reporting the progress of the team work;
    * Participates in the selection process of the new hires;
    * Ensures that new team members are smoothly integrated in the Team.

    Job requirements:

    * University degree (e.g. Computer Science, Informatics, Electronics);
    * 5+ years experience in embedded software development;
    * 1+ year experience in project management and/or team leading roles (at least 1 successful project delivered with the Team);
    * Autosar knowledge;
    * Knowledge of vehicle networks and low-level communication protocols;
    * Very good understanding of the development processes;
    * Quality oriented person with good communication skills;
    * Good planning and organizing abilities;
    * Fluent English.
