    - Responsible for the format and content of advertising blocks and placing them in TV shows according to the CNA regulations
    - Responsible for developing advertising contracts from the point of view of their object’s fulfillment, the correct placement of the advertisements in advertisement blocks: respecting the requirements regarding the placement of the commercials stipulated in the contract- program, block, order within the block, divided spots, product exclusiveness per block/show, time period etc
    - Maintaining the database of shows, making it available to the sales agents in order to obtain advertising contracts (the shows base and related blocks are realized using the information provided by the Programs Department)
    - Daily arrangement of the advertisements in blocks so that they follow CNA regulations (this may imply conversations with the Sales Manager for not scheduling some commercials – if the time allocated to commercials cannot be observed) and the Programming Department (in the case a special placement of the advertisement blocks in shows is requested) and sending the schedule to the Programming Department
    - Responsible for the daily maintenance of the advertisement schedule: making the changes occurred in the media plan of the contracts (new, deleted or modified commercials) the delayed arrival of the commercials tapes
    - High availability (by phone after the schedule hours) in order to make decisions for adjusting the commercial schedule in the case of tv program modifications
    - Knows the maintenance methods of the database that contains the commercial tapes: how a tape is checked from the technical point of view, how information about the commercials broadcast in the software used by the Programming Department is obtained
    - Has to do a preliminary content check of the commercials and, when needed, to inform the Traffic Manager or the Sales Manager if these do not observe the CNA
