    Main responsibilities:

    Make sure that our managers and candidates have a seamless experience during the recruitment process, by coordinating all necessary communications and logistic activities:

    • Arrange candidates interviews with the Hiring Manager and/or HR BP
    • Offer relevant information to candidates about job profiles and company
    • Assist the HR BP in the recruitment process
    • Maintain the recruitment database updated
    • Create reports as per HR BP’s and/or Hiring Managers’ requests
    • Coordinate the on-boarding process for new colleagues
    • Coordinate recruitment platforms updates, implement and contribute to creation of employer branding communication plan
    • Offer support in different HR initiatives, as per agreed people plan and HR priorities at site level
    Directly contribute to our business development by identifying and engaging candidates, using a varied mix of sourcing channels (including employer-branding activities):
    • Source appropriate candidates, mainly by direct approach
    • Review and update company presentation
    • Design recruitment ads based on job profiles discussed with HR BP
    • Manage all recruitment channels, ensuring the communications are in line with our employer branding guidelines

    • Genuine focus on creating positive experiences and build relations based on trust
    • Exposure to recruitment activities in IT is a plus
    • Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
    This is a paid internship, 6 months contract with extension possibility.
