    Adecco Permanent Placement and Executive Search Division is looking for a Civil Engineer, for its client, an agile company with 200 employees in 11 countries, that benefits from a large Group.

    Construction site Engineer - English mandatory

    Responsibilities:

    To conduct tender process.

    • to prepare tender documentation according to the construction standards (specifications, etc.);
    • to collect and to review commercial offers;
    • to conduct tender process from negotiations to signing the contract;
    • to check potential contractors technical expertise and their legal rights to perform construction activities;
    • to prepare documents together with the administrative department before the start of works (including contract drafting).

    To monitor works progress.

    • to control quality of works;
    • to control conformity with the works schedule;
    • to monitor the progress of works and to check if all the systems are functioning properly;
    • to justify the necessity of additional works (amendments) and to control their progress;
    • to take part in meetings on the construction site.

    To accept works.

    • to take part in the process of works acceptance;
    • to take part in correcting the remarks;
    • to check the conformity of works progress with the schedule;
    • to monitor deviations and to take necessary measures.

    To know construction standards.

    • to know construction standards;
    • to monitor conformity of works with the construction standards;
    • to accumulate best practices.

    To know safety rules.

    • to keep the construction site clean;
    • to monitor the application of safety regulations;
    • to preserve the environment.

    To manage documentation.

    • to update drawings;
    • to collect documentation;
    • to keep files.

    To report.

    • to prepare reports on works progress;
    • to make comparison tables;
    • to inform the management of all the problems;
    • to implement corrective action plans.
