    Cerinte

    • Completed economic studies (accounting field);
    • Medium English language knowledge;
    • Experience in bookkeeping at least 3 years;
    • Romanian accounting legislation and taxes knowledge;
    • Experience with ERP systems (Navision in particular will be an advantage).

    Responsabilitati

    • Collecting invoices and providing documentary and financial control of accounting documentation before posting it.
    • Posting of accounting documents according to Romanian legislation for a limited liability company. Ensuring correctness and accuracy of data entering in the information system.
    • Analysing invoices and supporting documentation from the fiscal and accounting point of view before posting it.
    • Providing data for taxes calculation and CIT composing.
    • Preparing of different reports/analyses requested by direct superior and director.
    • Keeping and posting travel expense records and documents.
    • Accounting of salaries and other remunerations according to Romanian legislation.
    • Participating in the annual inventory of assets and liabilities.
    • Posting fixed assets, providing tasks in connection with material and cash.
    • Keeping the records and document archive.
    • Cooperation with other departments in the company.
    • Carry out tasks and duties in compliance with regulations in the fields of quality assurance, occupational health and safety, and fire safety
    • Perform all other tasks assigned by the superior and consistent with employee’s qualifications and needs of the work process
