    The Pricing and BI Specialist with focus on Price monitoring and analytics as well as Pricing Specialty tyres is tasked with a broad variety of pricing and price monitoring activities and operates on a regional level (region Southeast Europe) within a deadline driven environment. He is a strong internal partner with orientation towards sales and customer centricity. The successful candidate must follow the corporate pricing and compliance rules and ideally have pricing and/or price/data analytics experience.

    Task description:

    * permanent sell-in/sell-out price monitoring in all markets of region Southeast Europe (on- and offline), comparative analysis of price positioning on the market by using specific methods and tools, proactive offering of recommendations for action

    * other special price monitoring and analytics activities upon request

    * coordinating and rolling-out of the regional price concept for Specialty and 2-Wheel tyres for all markets in of region Southeast Europe, analyze and prepare local pricelists for B2B customers

    * preparing tender and other special price support requests for Specialty and 2-Wheel tyres

    * supporting implementation and/or modification of necessary pricing-related settings and conditions in internal systems

    * upon request, developing of (business and/or market and/or price) intelligence solutions and projects to provide relevant information and support decision making process of management

    * upon request, collecting and analyzing other information about the market, countries and regions of the sales area SEE, including sales channels, competitors, customers etc. and providing tools and marketing data on brands, products, customers, channels and end users

    * local key user activities for internal price monitoring tools and applications

    * steering and/or coordinating local/regional investment and other special pricing projects/actions

    * establishing price monitoring processes/appropriate communication to follow-up activities of all stakeholders participating in a project

    The job can be done from Timisoara, Budaors or Maribor.


    Job requirements:



    * Bachelor or master's degree in Technical or Economics field;
    * Minimum 2 years' experience in pricing or accounting;
    * Very good database management skills;
    * Experience in independent project management represents an advantage
    * Excellent analytical skills;
    * Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power BI and PowerPoint;
    * Strong business acumen;
    * Very good communication skills - verbal and written
    * Self-driven
    * Good to excellent knowledge of English.
    * Readiness to travel
    * Driver's license: B category.
