High school degree, university degree not a must;
Previous experience in a relevant role in Planning and Logistics, for at least 5 years stable in one company&role at a time, having covered similar activities to the ones described above;
Proven expertise on using ERP systems (for instance SAP, or other) – it’s not the system that is important but the evidence that the person understands processes and info flows in such systems;
Proven expertise in using MS Windows, especially excell beyond basic level – able to define and build complex/structures files, set formulas, set filters, set links between data in different excell files;
Setting MACRO’s in excell would be an useful plus, but not a must;
Proven knowledge of decent conversational English as a minimum, if Italian speaker, even better.
Daily update on the chassis and vehicles planning;
Daily tracking of the physical movements with the counterparts;
Organize transportation to sustain the movements of chassis and vehicles;
Planning and stock control of accessories – manuals, C-130 wheels, dotazioni, GPS;
Spare parts stock control in Petresti and BodyBuilders;
Daily update of the parts needed to sustain vehicles remediations in Ro – in Petresti, BodyBuilders – before GQAR & shipment to MoD;
Daily contact with Logistics to pull for parts availability and DHL/regular transportations for parts availability;
Keep track of documentation and daily update in various systems (OPI, sharepoint, consolidation files) for invoices, delivery documents to MoD, verballi di collaudo, CoC’s, OCS, etc;
Manage local suppliers for direct and indirect materials needed to sustain vehicles preparation for GQAR and deliveries;
To take back in OPI system on company the CBU trucks assembled by Geosting;
To coordinate with Geosting responsible (who will manage the transport of the CBU trucks) the delivery by the body-builders, to insert in company system the transport orders;
Matching in OPI system each completed equipment to each truck coordinating with the company administrative people who will receive the equipment’s invoices.
