Cerinte
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
Experience in coordinating projects;
Experience with processing, quantitative analysis & reporting;
Experience working with various internal teams (including technical) to execute on requirements, surface and mitigate risks to delivery, and develop processes and tools;
Experience balancing multiple tasks and deadlines;
Excellent ability and methodology to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues;
Ability to support several projects at one time, and to accept reprioritization as necessary and to deliver high-quality work on schedule;
Ability to learn new processes and tasks in a growing and changing environment;
Experience in understanding metrics and developing them, as required.
To be the interface between the company and the customer;
Manage day-to-day operations of the language development projects including logistics, scheduling team tasks, resource planning, data analysis;
Monitor quality of project about: timing, cost, invoices;
Detailed reporting on the ongoing and completed team tasks;
Own the logistics of distribution and collection of the assets, tracking the assets, and reporting on the program;
Communicate directly with team members and stakeholders, tracking and responding to written requests and in-person as needed;
Address any customer service or technical questions from users and develop solutions that reduce the number of inquiries;
Lead projects related to improving existing processes or launching new projects;
Partner closely with the team members on protocol/process development for existing and future project development;
Continuously evaluate tools and processes and offer solutions to ensure they are efficient, high quality, and scalable.
