    YOUR ROLE

    • Daily cooperation with colleagues (native speakers) from the Front-office, Sales and Key Account Management departments in the supported local country
    • Pricing& rebate related processes
    • Interaction with Customer service from respective countries in order to solve queries and issues related to customer
    • Quality check of maintained data in SAP database (strong focus on details)
    • Daily communication (via phone or email) in Italian/English language with local and global teams
    • Overview of customer accounts – credit and debit notes management
    • Pricing and logistic discrepancies investigation
    • Reporting, monitoring & invoicing
    • Participating in various projects and proposing process improvements

    YOUR SKILLS
    • Active knowledge of English and German/Greek/French/Italian
    • Customer orientation, performance motivation
    • A self-starter who takes initiative
    • Ability to work independently and within a team
    • Accuracy, attention to detail and flexibility
    • Communication and interpersonal skills
    • Microsoft office usage & SAP knowledge is advantage

    Minimum salary: 1100 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.
