• Degreed in: Economical Engineering in any technical domain
• Language: English - advanced
• Specific knowledge: Excel, Microsoft Office, PowerBi

• You analyze the request for quotation request
• You carry out the Offer Engineering ( strategic analysis for a RFQ and launch several processes such as delivery allocation, product and logistics costs, technical product analysis, contractual terms and conditions, tax implications, HSE related issues and credit queries to several Tenaris  departments and if applicable, quotation requests to suppliers);
• You analyze the impact of proposals (price, deliveries, etc) on the contribution/risk of the specific business and validates its convenience to the organization. Support negotiations or clarifications required by a customer;
• In case of award perform the Contract Review with the support of internal departments
• You control the status of the order and carry out post-sales  administrative tasks (PO issuance to third party, supporting Project manager with commercial aspects during project execution)
