Your knowledge & qualifications:

University degree in Engineering (advantage)
Understanding of technical drawing and design, AutoCAD (nice to have)
Knowledge of MS Office;
Advanced English knowledge (mandatory)
Proactive approach

Your work experience:
Experienced technical background required

Your job:
To assure a first and basic technical support;
To process orders from customers daily;
Maintain the relation with the customers to complete orders, by email;
To send quotes to the client;
Collaborates with the sales, accounting, planning and logistics department;
To maintain and improve level of relations with customers portfolio;
​To properly manage all the orders processing (from receiving the order to delivery/invoicing)
To understand, analyses and match customers’ requirements;
To acquire a proactive approach to customers.
