Quality Control Analyst

In Romania we have 3 offices located in Bucharest and Timisoara, where we have over 200 employees.

⎯ Minimum 2 years practical experience in IT/Telecom industry as a Quality Assurance or Data Analyst
⎯ Strong Knowledge and experience in working with Microsoft Excel (filtering data, sorting data, pivot table, charts, Macros, VBA code), with reporting tools Power BI/Oracle BI.
⎯ Good command of English (verbal and written);
⎯ Strong communication skills;
⎯ Accurate, methodical, analytical, with high attention to details;
⎯ Practical Experience with programing language such as SQL, Oracle and Python or Sharepoint Administration is considered an advantage;

⎯ Conducts formal audits or reviews to ensure compliance with organizational standards for activities, processes, data, products or services and determines whether appropriate quality control has been applied;
⎯ Monitoring all operations that affect quality, by analyzing data and evidences, drafts all or part of formal compliance reports;
⎯ Supports projects, functions or teams in the development of project and/or operational methods for measurement;
⎯ Provides guidance on collection of data including automation, designs reports and reporting formats;
⎯ Determines the risks associated with findings and non-compliance, proposes corrective actions and track them to completion.
⎯ Prepare and edit internal documents related to the scope of work such as but not limited to processes, procedures, work instructions and presentations.
