Founded in 2011, we have developed the suite of applications GeFEE, dedicated to the power and gas players covering the entire activity flows, according to their specific needs and requirements. Ringhel is having as main objective the automation of business processes. We are expanding in other countries and in order to easily localize and customize the platforms we will migrate and build products using the no-code technology.
In 2020 we started the development of the PROCESIO technology, an ambitious product built like a Startup under Ringhel mother company and with a focus on building a No-Code/Low-Code technology for building enterprise software.
In 2018 and in 2020 we have been nominated as the Technology Provider of the Year for the energy market in Romania. In March 2019, we won the Startup Europe Summit competition and in July 2020, we have been nominated as the best startup in Eastern and Central Europe (CEE Startup Challenge).

We are looking for a new team member, an experienced Presales Technical Consultant responsible for actively driving and managing the pre-sales process with direct and channel customers. The Presales Consultant must be able to articulate the company’s technology and product capabilities, positioning to both business and technical users. Primarily engaged in a pre-sales technical consultancy role, the consultant will provide technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements, prior to designing a solution, consulting with technical teams about capabilities, and supporting business sales teams, account managers and partners on proposal activities.

As a Presales Consultant you will successfully employ a combination of high technical expertise, client communication and coordination skills between clients and internal PROCESIO teams to achieve your mission.
You will be part of PROCESIO team, the No-Code/Low-Code technology for building enterprise software, an ambitious project built like a startup developed inside Ringhel Team.
Professional Knowledge and Competencies required:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as Pre-Sales Engineer/Technical Consultant in a technical environment
In this capacity, you will have business acumen, passion and technical savviness to understand customer’s business drivers and recommend solutions through using PROCESIO platform.
Experience at a growth-stage B2B SaaS/PaaS/IaaS company
Relevant software development experience, and/or commercial/sales experience
Must be organized and a self-starter, able to deliver high-quality work without a tactical oversight
Able to develop effective working relationships internally at a variety of levels and work closely with all commercial departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and Product Development
Technical skills in writing, editing, formatting, research and analysis
Able to work independently, have a high energy level, and competitiveness
Strong planning, time management, organizational skills, creative problem solving, and team player
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to interact with technical and business counterparts
Knowledge and experience on Enterprise Architecture Best Practices and Frameworks will be a plus
A “can do” attitude
Willingness to travel, if necessary
Education and technical skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer science or equivalent
English C level – Proficient user
Understanding of low code/ no code products is welcome.
Technical skills include good knowledge of software development (preferably .NET Core)
Product and Technical Knowledge:
Obtain and maintain strong knowledge of PROCESIO platform, be able to deliver demo and technical pitch, including overview of our key and advanced features and benefits, services offerings, differentiation, and competitive positioning
Be able to address a majority of technical questions concerning customization, integration, enterprise architecture and general feature / functionality of our platform
Capable of building and/or leading the development of custom demos and PoCs based and beyond customer requirements
Provide timely, prioritized and complete customer-based feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support and/or Development regarding customer requirements and issues.
Presentation and organizational skills:
Train and engage customers in the product architecture, configuration, and use of the PROCESIO Platform
Know where to escalate within the PROCESIO technical organization, and make effective use of those resources.
Enthusiastically present software solutions to prospective customers, from IT managers and technicians to C-level executives
Manage client expectations, establish credibility at all levels within the client and build problem-solving partnerships with the client and colleagues
Attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
Along with Marketing, Sales, Sales Engineering and Product Management, and based on market or customer feedback, lead the definition, development and presentation of product and solution demos and PoCs for prospects and partners
Work with PROCESIO Engineering to both gain consensus and define achievable time lines in order to meet consumer demands.
Provide technical support to entire sales team as appropriate (e.g. handle technical questions and escalate them when required, conduct training and/or briefings)
Document and track all activity, including lead/prospect data entry, detailed activity reports, setting tasks for follow-up, architectures, challenges, etc.
Answer customer proposals and security questionnaires in support of the pre-sales cycle.
Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders
Help clients to solve problems with platform and prediction usage and integration.
