Founded in 2011, we have developed the suite of applications GeFEE, dedicated to the power and gas players covering the entire activity flows, according to their specific needs and requirements. We are more than a software company because we successfully combine the knowledge of the complex fields of energy and gas and software development and services.
Ringhel is having as main objective the automation of business processes. We are expanding in other countries and in order to easily localize and customize the platforms we will migrate and build products using the no-code technology.

In 2020 we started the development of the PROCESIO technology, an ambitious product built like a Startup under Ringhel mother company and with a focus on building a No-Code/Low-Code technology for building enterprise software.
In 2018 and in 2020 we have been nominated as the Technology Provider of the Year for the energy market in Romania. In March 2019, we won the Startup Europe Summit competition and in July 2020, we have been nominated as the best startup in Eastern and Central Europe (CEE Startup Challenge).
We aim to empower companies to adjust faster to market changes with lower costs and using existing business personnel. And the vision is to be the default and natural step forward in building software, by any person - but also a core productivity tool, such as email, word processor, spreadsheet, and presentation tools, for every employee of an organization to use.

We are looking for an experienced Vue.js Developer,  with high standards in terms of software quality, focused on results and finding solutions.
As a Proficient Frontend developer, you will bridge the gap between visual design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it functions. You should have a passion for working in a creative dynamic environment, with other developers and partners. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, solution oriented, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.

You will be part of PROCESIO team, an ambitious product built like a Startup under Ringhel mother company and with a focus on building a No-Code/Low-Code technology for building enterprise software.

Professional Knowledge and Experience required:

●4+ years of experience working as a web developer
●Strong experience working with: Vue.js, HTML5, Typescript, JavaScript, CSS3, SASS
●Experience with visual design and principles like SOLID, design pattern and DI Engines
●A strong understanding of modern web practices, of user-centered design principles, great technical know-how, and a proven expertise in interaction design to create an efficient user-experience
●Good command of visual design, interaction design and information architecture with a mind for simplicity of design
●Experience with software engineering good practices (testing, code review, continuous delivery, design documentation)
●Write clean, structured code
●Familiar with designing software for performance and scalability
●Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
●Ability to work independently and possess creative problem solving skills
●Ability to work well with ambiguity and lead projects to completion
●Open to learn and apply new technologies if required
●Pro-active attitude and very good organizational skills: ability to manage urgent requests on the technical side and to also progress with longer-term projects in the other area

Responsibilities:
●You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, and business folks to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges 
●Passion for beautiful, test-driven code and an eye for simplicity and pragmatism
●Translate client business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually attractive, easy to use, and emotionally engaging
●Understanding of software quality metrics and its impact on system technical stability
●Implement the integration with 3rd party systems/tools
●Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
●Investigate and fix technical defects and propose adequate solutions
●Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
●Create and maintain software documentation
●Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into the project
●Propose any ideas that could bring value to the project
