    Founded in 2011, we have developed the suite of applications GeFEE, dedicated to the power and gas players covering the entire activity flows, according to their specific needs and requirements. We are more than a software company because we successfully combine the knowledge of the complex fields of energy and gas and software development and services.
    Ringhel is having as main objective the automation of business processes. We are expanding in other countries and in order to easily localize and customize the platforms we will migrate and build products using the no-code technology.

    In 2020 we started the development of the PROCESIO technology, an ambitious product built like a Startup under Ringhel mother company and with a focus on building a No-Code/Low-Code technology for building enterprise software.
    In 2018 and in 2020 we have been nominated as the Technology Provider of the Year for the energy market in Romania. In March 2019, we won the Startup Europe Summit competition and in July 2020, we have been nominated as the best startup in Eastern and Central Europe (CEE Startup Challenge).
    We aim to empower companies to adjust faster to market changes with lower costs and using existing business personnel. And the vision is to be the default and natural step forward in building software, by any person - but also a core productivity tool, such as email, word processor, spreadsheet, and presentation tools, for every employee of an organization to use.

    We are looking for a new team member, an experienced Technical Business Analyst in a software development environment with excellent communication skills, capable of designing and propose solutions that meet business needs and are aligned with product capabilities.
    You will coordinate with the rest of the team, working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, solution oriented, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.
    You will be part of PROCESIO team, an ambitious product built like a Startup under Ringhel mother company and with a focus on building a No-Code/Low-Code technology for building enterprise software.

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management or similar role with min. 5 years of relevant work experience OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements
    Relevant experience as a Technical Business Analyst in a Software Development environment, providing implementation activities
    Previous experience in delivering configurable platform-based enterprise solutions across various business
    Proven experience in combining the ability to map product functionalities with industry expertise
    Understand database structures related to solution approaches or configuration requirements
    Basic knowledge in C# programming and .NET framework is a plus
    Proficient in business process modelling using BPMN and UML notations
    Comfortable with Agile Methodologies
    Prior external customer facing experience is strongly preferred
    Must be able to organize and prioritize existing resources while incorporating user feedback to implement the most effective solutions
    Must be able to lead technical discussions, record decisions and team-member obligations, then follow-through on delivery
    Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust messaging to audiences with varied technical background using language that is accessible for others to understand
    Good understanding of the UX process
    Ability to understand, to document and diagram systems & business processes with minimal background information
    Rapidly understand and translate customers’ business challenges and concerns into a solution oriented discussion


    Apply in-depth professional experience and a broad knowledge of both business and technology to analyze and develop integrated solutions to deliver solutions to moderate and complex technical or business initiatives
    Actively participate and interact with customers (both internal & external) to understand business needs, identify the best solution, and collaboratively architect the processes to meet objectives
    Develop precise business use case and user story documentation of prioritized functional requirements that can directly be converted to test plans, and system conceptual designs
    Partner with business architects and other system stakeholders to assess current capabilities and identify high priority improvements
    Anticipate and document how system changes and enhancements will affect upstream and downstream processes
    Establish and monitor test conditions and expected results for product, performance and user acceptance testing
    Supports application and solutions delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate requirements and validate proposed solutions:
    oReviews product design documentation to ensure that requirements are correct, unambiguous, and verifiable
    oAssists in generating use cases/user stories to ensure that all functional requirements are captured
    Assesses the risks of various solutions
    Recommends solutions based on cost vs benefit analysis
    Develops and executes test plans:
    oPlans and supports user acceptance testing and user training
    oCreates documentation to describe program evaluation, testing, correction, and objective evidence of meeting requirements
    Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
    Facilitate workshops with technical architect, product manager, and product design team to gather and prioritize requirements
    Coordinate with QA to determine which scenarios should be automated
    Create tasks with detailed requirements and Definition of Done
    Follow up on development progress and participate in daily scrums to ensure the team is covering the requirements correctly
    Closely work with the product design team to interpret and improve user flows
    Understand the technical components of our platform and be able to communicate them to non-technical stakeholders
