    Cerinte

    University degree;
    Typically +4 years of relevant payroll experience in a medium size or multinational company (experience in HR or accounting firm would be a significant plus);
    Exceptional commitment to client service;
    Solid statutory payroll and human resources knowledge;
    Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
    Computer literacy (e.g. UCMS Pay, MS Office);
    Able to work independently and take initiative;
    Technology oriented and open to innovation;
    Good project management skills;
    Ability to meet deadlines (handle stress associated with tight deadlines);
    Team worker, with very good organization and communication skills; flexible and adaptable;
    International business exposure, working in a multi-cultural environment and global organizations;
    Motivation for professional development and a genuine desire to develop skill.

    Responsabilitati

    Provide high-quality payroll services to BPS client portfolio (for employees of Romanian or international companies in Romania - local payroll procedure);
    Review the deliverables prepared by the team, calculate salaries, personal income taxes, social security, health insurance contributions; submit all required statements;
    Assist management team in advising clients on various Payroll compliance matters;
    Maintain and develop professional relationships with clients;
    Write and review payroll advices for client;
    Being actively involved in developing and delivering innovative payroll services;
    Support business leaders in identifying scope and extent of work and support team members in delivering clients’ tasks.
    Share knowledge with the team and continue to learn and develop personal goals.
