The Helpdesk Agent with English & Spanish job might be a good fit for you if you have:
• Advanced English/ English and Spanish level;
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite;
• Ability to understand the client's needs and actively listen;
• Analysis and synthesis skills;
• Availability to work night shifts.
What Can You Expect to Be Doing as a Helpdesk Agent with English/ English & Spanish:
• Call customers to support them in registering their accounts on online platforms and using certain devices;
• Maintain contact with customers during the market research studies in which they participate;
• Use a concise and polite way of addressing, respecting the point of view of each interlocutor;
• Introduce, validate, and process data in accordance with the established norms;
• Perform data control in order to identify and correct errors.

Working shifts:
Lu - Vi: 16:00 – 24:00/ 23:00 – 07:00;
Sa - Du: 19:00 – 03:00
