Junior Financial Controller (Determined period 24 months)

Main Mission:

-Responsible of monitoring project execution performance for Romania&Moldova.
-Support and challenge tender & execution teams in delivering profitable growth.
-Advise Project Managers on main areas of attention regarding the execution of projects (margins from quotation to completion / risks & opportunities).
-Be a key driver of early risk and cost slippage identification in order to implement proper mitigation plans to protect and improve gross margin and cash.

Main Responsibilities:

-With Tender and execution teams, monitor contractual commitments (Coming into Force, notifications, payment milestones) in line with group rules and guidelines
-Attend project handovers (P0 gate - Sales and Tendering to Execution) highlight key contractual, financial risks and admin obligations in order to enforce SE contractual rights
-Running sanity checks in SAP (. engineering hours are input in the system, project are correctly registered in SAP)
-Project & Service review preparation and participation, challenge PM and local Service Team Leader on contractual obligations/GM evolution/delivery deadlines/etc.
-Report Country Project performance (main financial KPIs)

Month-end closing (Plan update in SAP, running PS Settlements and sanity checks afterwards, corrections)
Project and Service CCO GM analysis - on a single project level

What are we looking for:

-1-3 years of experience in Finance
-Advanced Excel skills
-SAP knowledge is needed
-Has the courage to ask 'why?'
-Fluent in English
-Flexible and ability to learn quickly
-Strong attention to details
-Collaborate with colleagues based in different countries across Europe
