Business Analyst

We are a full-cycle software development company delivering high-performing solutions and services designed to answer the specific needs of each of our clients. We are specialized in data management web, mobile and BI applications based on Microsoft or IBM technologies, on cloud or on-premise.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in requirements engineering/business analysis;
• Knowledge of programming languages and SQL database;
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), MS Project and Visio;
• Experience of working in a Scrum/Agile or Waterfall environment;
• Excellent English skills (both writing and speaking);
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is highly preferred.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Work with our clients in order to gather and understand business requirements and specific needs;
• Create software requirements specification documents that will contain a complete description of the system to be developed;
• Analyse the requirements by identifying functional and non-functional features, then work with solution architects to find a proper approach resulting in a solution that meets business and user needs;
• Performing gap analysis for existing software applications, based on Change Requests issued by clients;
• Collaborate with technical development team to ensure detailed understanding of requirements.
