To support our Marketing & Business Development Team we are currently looking for a focused and proactive Junior Marketing Specialist.

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in areas as events planning, logistics administration
• Fluent in English
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Detail-oriented
• Highly organized
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem solving and time management skills
• Proactive, adaptable and driven team player
• Ease in dealing with automated systems and tools

Your future role

• Support the marketing team in dealing with event, suppliers and contract and databases management
• Sets, communicates and maintains timelines and priorities on every project
• Develops and maintains professional relationships with all stakeholders: internal clients, suppliers or external distributors, ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
• Follows up on operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
• Executes marketing activities across industries under supervision
• Provides support and assistance in organizing client facing events/ webinars
• Deals with internal systems to extract relevant reports for marketing and business development activities
• Solves tasks in time and effectively.
