Back office specialist with German

What to expect:

• Analyze the requirements received from the Project Manager and prioritize the tasks;
• Efficiently communicate with all global departments in order to ensure the smooth flow of the projects also reaching the deadlines
• Offer support for the markets where the specific After Sales projects are implemented
• Creation of manuals, templates, presentations in regards with the project in place, procedure used and legislation
• Preparation of workshops and procedures updates
• Ensure the reporting of the work.

 
What you bring along:

• Completed studies in engineering, economics or similar
• 1-3 years experience in the automotive industry would be a big plus
• After Sales understanding, previous experience of topics such as laws and the environment, ADR or transport and logistics of hazardous substances is a plus
• Experience in following programs/tools: MS Office, Power Point, Visio
• Strong communication skills, reliable, quick comprehension
• German language – conversational level is a must (B2)
• Good English language skills (B2-C1)
