Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

University degree (e.g. Computer Science, Automation, Electronics and Telecommunications, Electrotechnic)
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in the technical / business field and in leading
Experience with Automotive Quality standards
Strong skills in programming and electronics
Communication and leadership abilities
Fluent in English

Defines and implements the development roadmaps for his / her area of responsibility,
Initiates technical solutions and runs CBS projects in his / her area of responsibility
Ensure cross-functional communication / cooperation in order to improve information flow inside his / her team. Keep the contact with the business partners (see contact above).
Allocates and coordinates the existing tools and human resources for his / her team in order to ensure that the required work is done in time and with required quality.
Responsible for implementing the best preventive and corrective maintenance procedures for ensuring the highest equipment availability and the minimum costs
