You have experience in project management of complex projects, ideally in the implementation of technology, and/or in designing and improving internal processes.
You have strong skills for strategic problem solving, structured written and visual communication
You are hands-on and can solve issues as they arise;
You escalate problems as and when needed;
You are open and interested in business and product development in the legal innovation area;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Romanian and English;
High level of proficiency of using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Planning, prioritizing, eye for detail and working independently are key.
Commitment and dedication, very good inter-personal skills.
Desirable:

Previous experience in/with legal tech and/or process optimization in legal
Basic knowledge of in-house legal processes
Relevant work experience in a consulting role, in an in-house legal position or in a project management/operational improvement role, ideally in a multinational company.
Law degree, project management and/or business analyst certification;

You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering management consulting services to in-house legal teams of enterprises and large multinational clients.
You will contribute to the development of new services relevant for the legal innovation agenda (e.g. legal tech, operational excellency)
You will support the business development agenda of the team, contributing to client pitches, proposal preparation, partnership development and accurate communication to all stakeholders.
You will support the coordination of the team and entire lifecycle of the project, from the kick-off to the delivery phase;
You will draft appropriate project plans and keep these up-to-date and under control as the project evolves;
You are the first point of contact for the client, the Deloitte network and the internal team for the projects you are coordinating;
You follow up on key milestones and deliverables; you keep all stakeholders informed about the progress of the project.
