Excellent writing, communication, and multitasking skills;
High level of attention to detail;
Excited about working in a fast-paced environment, including the ability to rapidly adapt to change and self-motivate in a results-driven culture;
At least 2 years in a similar position;
Faculty Graduate: Marketing / Business Administration / Economics;
Knowledgeable about social media for marketing purposes are an advantage;
Complex knowledge of PC operation (World, Excel, Power Point);
Business language English (written, read, spoken); knowledge of any other foreign languages will be considered an advantage.
Helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth;
Play an active role in creating marketing materials such as: brochures, case studies, digital content, printing documents;
Providing administrative support for the Marketing Team, according to the requests of the Marketing Director (Processes invoices and monthly expense reports.product allocations, Point of Sales materials allocations, Contracts, etc);
Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information;
Studying the direct and indirect competition of several brands inside the portfolio;
Support other departments for specific marketing communications projects;
Attend trade shows and industry events as required;
Gather feedback post promotions and update documents for future promotions, including product and sales data;
Obtaining excellent knowledge regarding the assigned tasks inside the company and all internal procedures;
Takes notes in selected meetings and distributes accordingly;
Permanent information of the company's portfolio;
Maintaining a good relationship with all the experienced persons involved in the brand circuit (agency’ employees, sales force or distributors), to ensure quality support for product growth;
Working in a team, knowing the company's capabilities, understanding customer needs, and finally be able to combine all these for the benefit of the brand and actions’ that need to be taken;
Deliver consistent results, hits deadlines within the scope of role, and take ownership of tasks and outcomes.
