    Ringhel is the leading Romanian niche software provider for power and gas industry in Romania. 50% of Romanian energy and 20% of gas are managed through our platforms.
    Founded in 2011, we have developed the suite of applications GeFEE, dedicated to the power and gas players covering the entire activity flows, according to their specific needs and requirements. We are more than a software company because we successfully combine the knowledge of the complex fields of energy and gas and software development and services.
    Ringhel is having as main objective the automation of business processes. We are expanding in other countries and in order to easily localize and customize the platforms we will migrate and build products using the no-code technology.

    In 2020 we started the development of the PROCESIO technology, an ambitious product built like a Startup under Ringhel mother company and with a focus on building a No-Code/Low-Code technology for building enterprise software.
    In 2018 and in 2020 we have been nominated as the Technology Provider of the Year for the energy market in Romania. In March 2019, we won the Startup Europe Summit competition and in July 2020, we have been nominated as the best startup in Eastern and Central Europe (CEE Startup Challenge).
    We aim to empower companies to adjust faster to market changes with lower costs and using existing business personnel. And the vision is to be the default and natural step forward in building software, by any person - but also a core productivity tool, such as email, word processor, spreadsheet, and presentation tools, for every employee of an organization to use.

    Requirements

    PROCESIO is looking for junior team members, passionate for what they are doing, driven, dynamic, dedicated, quick thinking and problem solvers.
    You will be part of PROCESIO team, an ambitious product built like a Startup under Ringhel mother company and with a focus on building a No-Code/Low-Code technology for building enterprise software.
    During the internship you'll be a full-time member of our Marketing team and paired with a mentor. You will have the guidance, environment, and the responsibility of your own projects or assisting other colleagues within the department. Essential functions may vary from administrative, clerical and support level work to more hands-on tactical work as determined by business needs. The Social Media Intern is responsible for creating and managing content that supports and strengthens PROCESIO social media presence.

    Responsibilities

    You are passionate about social media marketing and looking for:

    As a member of our Marketing team, you will:
    Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns
    Create posts for the social media pages (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook) and for niche no-code low-code channels
    Create visuals/ images for social media posts
    Update and schedule the weekly social media calendar
    Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, videos and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets
    Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
    Support the team at live and online events

    Your Qualifications / Skills:
    In 3rd or 4th year of college graduate program or beyond, in marketing, communication/ or equivalent experience
    Eager to learn about new and emerging technologies
    Naturally curious about how people behave, what drives them, what makes them feel empowered
    Ability to thrive in a fast paced and virtual environment
    Self-starter and ambitious learner who is comfortable with ambiguity
    Excellent judgement and communication skills with a strong attention to detail
    Working knowledge of social media platforms, such as: LinkedIn,Facebook, Twitter
    Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,); Web proficiency
    Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills
    Possibility of working 8 hours/day
    Proficiency in English
