    Responsabilitati

    - indeplineste activitati de secretariat si asistenta, suport managerial acordat Directorului General;
    - preluarea corespondentei fizice si electronice, formularea si transmiterea de raspunsuri si redistribuirea mesajelor catre persoanele carora li se adreseaza si care pot raspunde corespunzator la acestea; se asigura ca raspunsurile sunt trimise in timp util;
    - corespondentei necesare desfasurarii activitatii zilnice;
    - asigurarea transmiterii documentelor prin posta/curier, e-mail;
    - organizare/coordonare agende in vederea stabilirii sedintelor;
    - pregatirea, promovarea si organizarea, sub indrumarea persoanelor responsabile, a intalnirilor (sedinte, videoconferinte, cursuri, etc.);
    f- aciliteaza si eficientizeaza procesul de comunicare interna;
    organizarea intalnirilor, a deplasarilor in tara si in strainatate;
    - elaborarea si redactarea documentelor si situatiilor cerute de management;
    - efectuarea operatiunilor de facturare;
    - oferirea suportului permanent colegilor.
