Ensure that the organization has the right resource, capability and talent to achieve immediate and strategic ambitions now and in the future.

Recruitment - sourcing, assessment and selection.
-Promote job opportunities and attract the best candidates.
-Use direct search for reaching passive candidates.
-Focus on presenting the most relevant details of each opportunity, in order to ensure attractiveness and fairness.
-Conduct introductory interviews, by phone or face to face.
-Identify competency match.
-Ensure a flowless candidate experience for all candidates involved.
Employer Branding career events for students, learning programs, internships, guidance orientation sessions.
Act as role model and people connector within outside the organization.
Contribute to delivering the best employee experience by participating in various HR initiatives projects.
