- Strong user focus, ownership, ability to dive deep into requirements, navigate through amiguity and undefined problems
- Experience building customer facing UI and vizualization tools
- Strong communication skills as you will be required to proactively engage inside and outside of your team
- Ability to effecitively articulate technical challenges and solutions
- Experience working in an agile / Scrum environment
- Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis
- Proficiency in (at least one) modern programming languaes, e.g. Java, C++, Python
- Enterprise Mobility (Devices, Mobile Application Development, Connectivity)
- Softskills: Creativity, Empathy, Adaptibility, Growth mindset, Social Intelligence, Critical Thinking
- Big Data & AI
- Master degree in Computer Science (or similar)
- 5+ years of overall software development experience in both front end and back end technologies. Experience in IT innovation.

- Ideate and develop innovative solutions for the age of digital in interdisciplinary teams
- Identify, set-up and contribute to mvps to ensure a high-quality portfolio of mvps, mainly aligned with the Vitesco Technologies' and its IT strategy
- Drive mvp projects from ideation to operationalization, incl. networks, databases, operating system and workshops and user support in launching and implementing the new product/service (end to end responsibility)
- Build up a relevant and consistent network within and outside of Vitesco Technologies
- Design architecture
- The approach is user-centric and hence there needs to be a deep understanding of digital products with outstanding user experience
- Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
- Create security and data protection settings and work out concepty and systems for governance"
- Develop technical and business KPIs and aim at improving the products in that system of values
- Write technical documentation
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and effiency
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
- Able to lead other engineers in these tasks"
- Continuously develop and help bring strategy to life, mainly supporting the strategic projects and goals of Vitesco Technologies' IT.
