    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

    - people & sales management experience cel putin 4 ani in industrii precum banking, insurance, leasing, telekom si minim 3 ani in coordonare de echipa
    - experienta in B2B sales
    - orientare spre cifre
    - disponibilitate de deplasare
    - limba engleza la nivel avansat

    Responsabilitati

    Coordonare :

    Persoana va fi responsabila cu coordonarea unei echipe de 7 persoane ( key accounts, strategic managers)
    • managementul performantei acestei echipe: definire obiective, definire masuratori/ KPI, definire sistem de compensare a performantei (monetare si altele, plan devoltare/training )
    • evaluare permanenta a echipei dpdv cantitativ/numeric: pozitii ocupate, procese de recrutare in derulare, dimensionare resurse in functie de strategie (necesar de dezvoltare numerica echipa)
    • evaluare permanenta a echipei de SR dpdv calitativ: activitate curenta (KPI), calitate activitate – planuri de dezvoltare (de la induction pana la coaching efectuate de BDM), progrese, evaluari
    • definire politica comerciala, pozitionare pret, client segmentation, obiective de crestere, creditare, customer service/suport, propunere si derulare a campaniilor
    • Stabilire obiective de vanzari, evaluare, propunere targete anuale

    Sales:

    • hunting si farming
    • support for strategic & VIP accounts, conturi foarte mari
    • analiza vanzari
    • setare si monitorizare obiective, KPI, target achievement
    • raspunde de zona de NV a tarii: (Cluj, Timisoara, Hunedoara, Arad, Alba, Sibiu, Bihor, Satu Mare, Salaj, Caras Severin)
