    Requirements

    Mandatory Skills and Abilities:

    • Proven work experience as an HR Admin; at least 2 years;
    • Thorough knowledge of labor laws;
    • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS is a plus;
    • Ability to prioritize and perform tasks in an efficient manner;
    • Proactive regarding legal changes and implementation;
    • Proficiency in MS – Excel, Word, Outlook;
    • Strong communications skills;

    Responsibilities

    Role:

    The job holder will be based in Timisoara and will oversee administration of personnel files from employment to termination of contracts, preparing of all documents and making the necessary records during the execution of the employment contract.

    Position Summary:

    • HR personnel administration: hiring process, contractual changes, termination process;
    • Employee Data Management in Revisal and internal HRIS for ensuring data privacy, accuracy and integrity;
    • Cooperation with different vendors: payroll, occupational health and safety, medical services;
    • Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of HR relevant metrics;
    • Act as a key user between the organization and its employees; answer employees queries about HR – relates issues;
