    Requirements for this role:

    Recruitment background: min. 1-2 years
    AND
    Project/Process Management Experience: min. 1-2 years, either in a professional role or in the NGOs/student associations domain;​

    It would be nice to have:

    Candidate selection skills;
    Event management skills;​
    Proven experience of partnerships management.​




    Responsibilities

    Your role as Recruitment Project Manager will be to promote the Teach for Romania program via different channels of communication, in order to engage and attract candidates of different backgrounds and profiles, which have a specific set of skills and competences.​


    You will be co-creating and implementing the candidate attraction strategy and activities, while managing our strategic recruitment partnerships (with select universities, pedagogical highschools, social or youth NGOs).

    You will also be in charge of special recruitment projects (such as running a leadership and pedagogical competencies program for Gen Z candidates), that ensure a constant and diverse pipeline of future leaders in education.

    Responsibilities:

    ATTRACTION (main responsibility):​

    Strategy implementation: Developing and implementing the recruitment strategy and various projects and events, in order to achieve the number of applicants needed for program, mostly through offline channels
    Partnerships: Building relationships and keeping in touch with
    University officials, student leaders, faculty teachers, NGO
    representatives, etc.;
    Offline promotion: Organizing and participating in various
    events, in order to attract candidates, build a strong professional
    network and build brand awareness, present and promote the program;
    Active recruitment: actively looking for the best suited
    candidates and recruit them as teachers in our program;
    Understanding the profile: visiting the communities and the
    teachers, in order to better understand what it takes to be
    successful in the program;
    Assessment Centers: occasionally participating in the evaluation
    of candidates.

    PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

    Acts as main responsible and driver for the successful completion of the project;
    Plans, coordinates and acts as main responsible for the implementation of project activities;
    Implements other activities related to the project and not covered by technical experts, as needed;
    Communicates and works with external partners;
    Responsible for the documentation, budget tracking, evaluation and reporting of the project.
