    Requirements:
     Relevant experience as a Business Analyst in a Software Development environment,
    providing implementation activities
     Knowledge of the software application development process
     knowledge about the QA process
     Project management experience
     Experience in projects in the energy and natural gas industry is an advantage
     Experience in C # programming, MS SQL is an advantage
     Great customer orientation, experience interfacing with clients
     Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
     Proficiency in English
     Proactive attitude and ambition in achieving the tasks
     Deeply care about the quality of the work
     Analysing business processes and performing in-depth work analyses
     Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment
     Clear communication skills, team player

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:
     You will gather and analyse information, formulate and test hypotheses, develop and
    communicate recommendations
     Analyse clients’ requests, translate them into documents and tickets of software
    development
     You will be responsible for identifying, assess, and document business requirements,
    recommending business priorities and advising the business on the best technology,
    and innovation approaches
     Produce and maintain well written, clear, structured and complete requirements
    documentation;
     Monitor the compliance of technical requirements, deadlines and final tests
     Ensuring agreed analysis deliverables are prepared according to deadline of the
    projects
     Mediating and resolving issues as and when they arise
     Perform product trainings to colleagues and/ or clients
     Manage the new version reception by the client
     Create and maintain the functional requirements for our product
     Define and execute functional test plans
     Coordinate with the QA to determine which scenarios should be automated
     Supports internal teams and clients in performing Internal Quality Assurance and
    User Accepting Testing
     Participate along with the development team in estimating the complexity of user
    stories
     Create tasks with detailed requirements and Definition of Done
     Offer business support to all technical teams involved in the process at any phase of
    the implementation process (development, testing, validation, deployment).
