Job role
The IT Project Manager will be part of the Workplace Services team within Allianz Technology SE and he/she will support our customers transformation journey to Microsoft Office, end user computing and enterprise mobility.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the Workplace Transformation Leads;
Support business users during onboarding and migration as part of the Hypercare team;
Collaborate with the Product Owner and other stakeholders to understand the business domain and application functionality;
Work with development team members to identify and resolve technical issues;
Identify ways to continuously improve the architecture, user experience, and performance;
Track and report on project and team progress.

Requirements:
3+ years professional experience as a Technical Lead or IT Project Manager;
Training/experience in Agile methodology preferred;
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
International project and job expertise;
Self-motivated and customer-centric working style;
High level of self-organization and initiative;
Strong ability to work under pressure.

Skills:
Working experience in at least 2 of the following areas
➢ M365 services
➢ Enterprise mobilities solution
➢ End user computing technologies
➢ Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
➢ Exchange and Exchange Online (Exchange Hybrid setup)
➢ Data migration to Azure cloud
➢ Tenant to tenant migration
