    We are seeking to hire a skilled Junior Data Privacy Analyst  who will provide support to the Data Protection Officer and Data Protection Analyst regarding the establishment and implementation of internal norms and standards dedicated to the correct processiong of personal data from the perspective of applicable legal norms, including from the perspective of European Regulation no 679 / 2016 (GDPR).

    What you will do:

    • Participate in meetings in which new or existing processes within the Company are established, implemented and / or modified;
    • Contribute to ensuring transparency and proper information of the data subjects by drafting and publishing next to the Communication Department or other BLs the correct Privacy Policiyes and Information Notices;
    • Provide support to the DPO and Data Protection Analyst in internal reporting activities;
    • Provide support to the CDO regarding the correct establishment of the retention periods related to each process declared in the DPR, when the retention period is established by reference to a direct legal norm applicable to the Company;
    • Support the CDO, together with the DPO and the Data Protection Analyst, in establishing the necessary criteria to determine whether or not the Data Protection Impact Assessment is necessary;
    • Provide support in conducting the Data Protection Impact Assessment, together with the DPO and the Data Protection Analyst;
    • Collaborate with the Data Protection Officer and the Data Protection Analyst, in order to determine the necessary measures to ensure compliance, whenever he/she becomes aware of the intention to update the Data Processing Record, update that affects GDPR requirements and DPO recommendations;
    • Permanently analyze the Data Processing Record of SG GSC Romania in order to establish the processes that require a PIA from the perspective of the European legislative requirements, ANSPDCP (National Authority) decisions and DPO opinion;
    • Perform the Operational and Managerial Controls that regulate his/her area of activity and the related risks and offers support to SG GSC Romania in the implementation of such controls for other perimeters that process personal data;
    • Provide support and legal advice to SG GSC Romania in the process of negotiating intra-Group contracts as well as external contracts;
    PROFILE REQUIRED
    • Legal studies or professional experience in areas such as Data Privacy/ Data Protection / Compliance / Project Management;
    • Knowledge of the applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection;
    • Knowledge of generic processes within a private law company;
    • Advanced level of English spoken and written;
    • Very good Microsoft Office skills (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
    • Good communication skills in interacting with the client and other stakeholders;
    • Autonomy, reliability and organizational skills;
    • Sense of precision, spirit of synthesis and ability to manage, exploit and return data.
