    Talent Attraction and Development Specialist
    Location: Zalau, Romania Department: Human Resources The “Talent Attraction and Development Specialist” role is the ideal job for an HR professional willing to grow and develop within the HR field.

    Scope: Supervises the implementation of Personnel Development plans and in the Performance Appraisal Process within the region or functional area. Designs the key personnel development plan, people review, performance appraisal process and the deployment and follow up of the Global Trainee Program.

    Responsibilities:

    • Leads the end to end recruitment positions for open vacancies (Advertising, Selection, Interviews, Onboarding)
    • Coordinates the Global Trainee program designed for the development and engagement of junior talent
    • Offers support during the performance management process
    • Contributes to other talent development processes such as Employee Opinion Survey, Technical Leaders development, Career Counseling, Internal Staffing and not only
    • Contributes to the employer branding strategy at Romania level, by designing and implementing agreed activities
    • Ensures the preparation of reports / analysis requested by the line managers / HR managers, including Key Performance Indicators (KPI) analysis
    Your profile:
    • Seniority/Experience: min 2 years in HR – preferably in a similar position
    • Educations: University (Economics, Business, HR, Psychology, Economical Engineering)
    • Language: English – Advanced
    • IT tools: Excel, Word, PowerBI, SAP
