o Mastery of Project Management.
o Proven record of bringing to life projects or products through managing complex processes with multiple stakeholders.
o Experience across multiple countries and companies, especially with Production Companies and Partners.
o Ideally expertise with Product Development and/or Innovation in Food.

SCOPE OF THE ROLE
Manage the 2-year Innovation Pipeline and the Product Development Process for the company internationally, proactively and agile, delivering towards the brands ambitions to become leaders in the naturally functional and positive nutrition / healthy food categories.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
o Work closely with the Founder/CEO to define & plan the Innovation pipeline with a 24months perspective.
o Own the Innovation Pipeline, once agreed upon and plan the milestone & resources to move along the funnel into Product Development.
o Manage the Product Development process starting with the recipe development to the Product sign-off to include in the Intl or country Portfolio, including, when needed a stage of market scale product feasibility with country teams & 3rd party partners.
o Manage the Process of screening for and selection of the right Production partners for new categories (in case they don’t yet exist), work closely with company's functions to get the Partners audited and approved for production.
o Deliver the new products to markets within the timeline and development budget.
Input & Expertise into Innovation & Portfolio strategy
o Bring in expertise & methods for a simple way to assess Innovations and role in portfolio in various stages early on in the process.
o Support the Business Case for innovation with market info & insights.
o Support Innovation Lead & Mkt with Portfolio Strategy in yearly cycles.
Required: travel across European countries up to 50% time.
