Cerinte
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or relevant experience;
• Very good knowledge of statutory accounting and tax regulations;
• Expert functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills;
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance in a corporate management role;
• Fluent in English and Romanian. German will be considered a plus.
• Improve profit margins with better cost controls;
• Create ratio analysis reports for managers;
• Conduct internal audits to analyze risks and find areas for improvement;
• Reporting and maintaining the relationship with state authorities;
• Organizes and improves financial reporting of monthly, yearly results;
• Actively contributes to performance management of the reporting entity to ensure long term sustainable performance;
• Proactively drives actions to improve cash flow;
• Organizes and supervises the daily accounting and treasury operations;
• Checking the correlations between accounts and between accounting data and management;
• Business support on site (prepare reports needed for critical business decision making, suggest, improvements);
• Monthly end closing;
• Evaluation and tracking of customer credit limits;
• Prepare INTRASTAT reports;
• Prepare ad hoc reports;
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards;
• Submit the financial statements to ANAF;
• Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, cost center;
• Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop and maintain solutions to business and financial problems;
• Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts;
• Represent company before taxing authorities and provide support during litigation involving financial issues, banks, statutory, auditors, lawyers;
• Coordinates the statutory financial audit of the company;
• Coordinate statutory monthly closing process and reconciliation of general ledger accounts;
• Closely maintains and monitors the fixed assets system;
• Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop and maintain solutions to business and financial problems;
• Prepare statistical reports;
• Create and implement procedures in F&A area, improve processes in accounting area;
• Book & prepare journal entries (related to salaries, WIP, interest, reevaluations, post calculation etc.);
• Process the payments in the bank; Communicates with colleagues within the group to solve common issues (ICO contacts, waste handling, VAT audits).
